Day 01 : Kandy
Once you arrive in Kandy, check in at the hotel reception and relax. After you've had time to rest, go on a fun city tour to fully experience your Kandy honeymoon package. Visit places like the Dalada Maligawa Museum, the Royal Botanical Gardens, and the fragrant tea gardens. Explore the Udawattakele Forest Reserve on foot. The forest reserve is currently a wildlife sanctuary after serving as the Kandy monarchs' pleasure garden. There are also a number of Buddhist hermitages in this area. Enjoy a leisurely stroll by the tranquil Kandy Lake while holding hands. You can also visit the Buddha Statue at Bahiravokanda Vihara and the Temple of the Tooth Relic today. Come back to the hotel for a relaxing night after a fun-filled day of touring.
Day 02 : Nuwara Eliya
After a hearty breakfast to start the day, check out of the hotel. You will be driven today to Nuwara Eliya, the location of the live painting. It is a stunning city with towering mountains, a landscape studded with lovely valleys, gushing waterfalls, and fragrant tea plantations. Visit the well-known Ramboda Falls along route to give your road trip a touch of romance. Your Sri Lanka honeymoon itinerary will take you to the Tea Factory in Nuwara Eliya where you can sip on some iced tea with your spouse. Visits to places like Gregory Lake, Strawberry Gardens, The Golf Course, Hakgala Botanical Garden, and Nuwara Eliya Gardens are then made after that.
Day 03 : Bentota
After a nutritious breakfast, check out of the motel. You will be driven to Bentota today, a resort community filled with all the things that attract romantic types like you. When you get to Bentota, check in at the hotel to rest up from the journey. Now, proceed to one of the lovely beaches to enjoy the sunshine and some watery fun. Take up some water sports like windsurfing, wakeboarding, snorkelling, wave surfing, sea diving, water skiing, banana riding, and jet skiing if you enjoy adventure.
Day 04 : Colombo
Your day begins with a delightful breakfast and ends with check-out. You'll be taken to Colombo right away for an interesting day of touring. When you arrive in Colombo, check in at the hotel reception, finish the registration procedures, and then relax for a while. Prepare to tour the city's numerous buildings later in the day, which boast a variety of architectural styles including British, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindu, Islamic, Buddhist, Indian, and contemporary. Visit places like the National Museum, Old Parliament Building, Independence Square, and the Twin World Trade Center towers in addition to these buildings. Viharamahadevi Park, Galle Face Green, the Fort neighbourhood, and various religious sites are additional must-see locations.
Day 05 : Colombo: Farewell greetings from Colombo
Today is the last day of your Sri Lanka honeymoon trip, so have a big breakfast together and check out of the hotel. If you haven't yet purchased gifts for any of your loved ones, go shopping. Get a ride to the Colombo International Airport so you can catch your trip home.
